During the internship stage, participants mainly learn how to receive music listening tasks, complete genuine playback activity as required, submit task records, and wait for system review. LK states that many disputes involving online tasks do not arise entirely from the tasks themselves, but from participants’ insufficient understanding of the rules. For example, some new members may mistakenly believe that simply opening a page means the task has been completed, while others may not understand why they cannot complete tasks on behalf of friends or family members. Through training, the company aims to establish clear awareness of the rules before employees formally participate.

After completing the tasks assigned for the second day, interns are required to contact online customer service or the designated team to obtain withdrawal authorization and receive subsequent tasks. This process helps the company confirm whether new members truly understand the task steps and can also reduce account abnormalities caused by incorrect operations.

After completing the four-day internship, participants who wish to continue developing may contact their recruitment manager or human resources manager to apply for the “New Member Task Wheel.” This wheel randomly assigns one to three tasks based on the review results, but whether the participant ultimately receives tasks is still determined by the human resources manager.

Industry observers believe that for digital platforms, early-stage training is not only a process that helps new employees adapt to the work, but also a foundation for selecting long-term cooperation personnel. Only when participants truly understand task rules can false data, incorrect operations, and unnecessary disputes be reduced.
