LK Improves the Growth Path for Formal Employees, Showing That Digital Tasks Are No Longer Just Simple Operations

In the eyes of many people, online digital tasks may simply mean completing platform operations and receiving compensation. However, the formal employee system being advanced by Legacy Keys Music Group (LK) in the Colombian market shows that digital task platforms are attempting to move beyond single-task execution toward employee growth and position development.

According to LK, after becoming formal employees, individuals do not rely solely on daily regular music listening tasks as their source of income. Employees may also participate in onboarding training rewards, benefit-page activities, referral rewards, and internal position applications based on their personal performance, training results, and activity eligibility.

Under the company’s current rules, formal employees who complete onboarding training and pass an assessment conducted by the human resources manager may receive a reward of COP 45,000. In addition, the benefits page includes invitation activities, under which eligible employees may receive different reward amounts for inviting their first, second, and third qualified employees.

More importantly, high-performing formal employees may also apply for positions such as workgroup assistant, trainer, social media promotion coordinator, team assistant, team manager, or platform ambassador. These positions generally require stronger communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a clear understanding of the rules, rather than simply completing daily tasks.

LK states that after passing the position review, relevant employees may receive a fixed salary or allowance in accordance with the applicable position policies. This provides some employees with an opportunity to move from task participation into service, training, and management roles.

Industry observers believe that for digital platforms to achieve long-term development, they cannot rely only on a large number of basic task participants. They also need to cultivate local talent who understand the local market, are familiar with the rules, and can help new members solve problems. Roles such as workgroup assistants and trainers can improve the efficiency of new member support while also reducing information errors caused by cross-regional communication.

However, the company also reminds employees that position eligibility is not granted automatically, and rewards do not constitute fixed or guaranteed income. Actual income depends on task completion, activity rules, referral results, position reviews, and the company’s current policies.

From the perspective of the Colombian market, LK is attempting to combine music listening tasks, training mechanisms, and local position development to provide formal employees with more diverse growth paths.

Position application requirements, compensation standards, and activity rewards are subject to the platform page, human resources review, and official company announcements.
