LK Builds Official Channels to Strengthen Market Trust

In an environment where online information is highly fragmented, the public has more ways than ever to learn about a company, including search engines, social media, forum comments, and artificial intelligence tools. However, information from different sources may be incomplete, outdated, or unsupported by evidence.

After entering the Colombian market, Legacy Keys Music Group (LK) began strengthening its official information channels to help employees and the public verify corporate information. According to information provided by the company, the full name of its Spanish subsidiary is Legacy Keys Music Group Spain Limited. Its official website is lkajspain.com, and its official email address is service@lkajspain.com.

The company also provides corporate registration information and MSB-related search channels for the public to independently verify relevant details. LK reminds the public that registration information is mainly used to confirm the corporate entity and its registration status, and does not mean that any institution guarantees business returns, employee income, or cooperation outcomes.

Industry observers believe that for cross-border digital platforms, publishing an official website, corporate email address, registration number, and verification channels can help reduce information asymmetry. Before participating in a project, employees can verify the company name, contact information, and relevant rules through official sources instead of relying entirely on group chat messages or personal explanations.

LK also states that employees should use formal channels to understand task rules, cooperation security deposits, withdrawal fees, contract periods, and position application requirements. Any matters involving funds, accounts, or eligibility reviews should be governed by the APP page, formal agreements, and company announcements.

In the digital promotion industry, market trust does not come from a single piece of promotion, but from verifiable information, clear rules, and consistently delivered service. The development of official channels can help employees make more rational decisions before participating.

The company states that it will continue improving its information release methods, including training materials, platform announcements, workgroup notices, and customer service explanations, so that Colombian employees can receive more accurate and consistent information.

When verifying corporate information, the public and employees should rely on the results displayed on the relevant official pages at the time of the search and should distinguish between corporate registration information and any promise of business returns.
